Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Spoyy platform (spoyy.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Spoyy is operated by DIGITAL2WEB, registered in the Republic of Serbia. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Spoyy.

Spoyy supports two types of accounts:

• Content Creators — individuals who connect their social media profiles and apply to brand campaigns.
• Companies — organizations that create campaigns and collaborate with content creators.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Not create multiple accounts or impersonate others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All users must adhere to the following rules:

• Provide truthful information in your profile and campaign applications
• Do not misrepresent your audience metrics or engagement data
• Respect intellectual property rights of other users and third parties
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with other platform users
• Comply with the terms of connected social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)

For Companies

• Campaign descriptions must be accurate and not misleading
• Budget and compensation terms must be clearly stated
• Companies are responsible for fulfilling payment obligations to selected creators

For Content Creators

• Applications should reflect genuine interest and capability
• Accepted campaign deliverables must be completed as agreed
• Sponsored content must comply with applicable advertising disclosure laws

Spoyy facilitates connections between companies and creators but is not a party to individual collaboration agreements. Disputes between users should be resolved directly, though we may assist at our discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Spoyy platform:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Purchasing fake followers, engagement, or artificially inflating metrics
• Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data without authorization
• Attempting to circumvent platform security measures
• Posting spam, malware, or harmful content
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior toward other users

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

Spoyy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spoyy shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Actions or content of third-party users on the platform
• Temporary service interruptions or downtime

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Serbia.
